FAQ - How does it work?

1. How do I send my photos?

When placing your order, you can upload photos in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. We recommend scanned photos for the best results, as they preserve facial details better than photos taken with a smartphone.

2. What are the recommendations for my photos?

For optimal results, here are a few tips: Clearly visible face: prefer front-facing photos. Profiles or hidden faces may lead to less accurate results. Good quality and resolution: the sharper the photo, the more faithful the animation. Avoid shadows on the face: even lighting will give a better result.

3. What happens after I send my photos?

Our artificial intelligence analyzes your photos and generates a subtle, natural animation by detecting faces, expressions, and other key elements. The goal is to create realistic movement without any odd effects.

4. How long is the video?

The generated mini-videos have a maximum duration of 6 seconds, perfect for sharing or displaying on a connected frame.

5. What if my photo is blurry or poorly lit?

Slightly blurry or poorly lit photos are accepted, but better photo quality gives better results. AI can sometimes reconstruct certain details, but sharpness helps enormously.

6. How will I receive my video?

Once the animation is complete, you will receive the MP4 mini-video (≈ 6 seconds) by email via a secure link. You can share it on WhatsApp or social media, display it on a connected frame, or simply keep it as a memory.

7. Are your photos private?

Yes, your files remain private. You certify that you have the necessary rights or consents to use the photos you send.

8. What does the artificial intelligence do?

Our AI analyzes the key areas of the photo (faces, expressions, contours) and generates coherent movement based on visible details. If certain elements are missing (e.g., a profile view), the AI may try to reconstruct them, but this can alter the likeness.

9. What tips help achieve the best result?

Scanned photo: sharper and more detailed for a cleaner result. Clearly visible face: ideally front-facing. Even lighting: avoid harsh shadows on the face.

10. Are there limitations with AI?

Yes, AI can only properly animate elements visible in the photo. If part of the face is hidden or the photo is too blurry, results may be less accurate.
